     It was during 1989 when Mr. Ruel Urgel Villaluna found his passion for photography. He is also a former photographer of Sen. Francisco S. Tatad for 3 years and started his own business “Blessing Photography” with the support of his wife, Mrs. Nimpha Uy Villaluna, now the Chief Finance Officer (CFO) with 2 lovely daughters.
Registered Blessing Photography in 2002 and in July 2007, officially became a member of SM Supermalls until 2014.
