New Life Goldsmith was established in the early 1960's as a family owned business, managed by Mr. & Mrs. Co, together with their children. It began trade in the heart of Manila's Chinatown as a supplier of precious and semi-precious stones and manufacturer of handcrafted fine jewelry. In 1984, the fourth son, Ronnie, took over the family business and revitalised it as New Life Jewelry. The business flourished with the help of his wife, Amelita. They expanded the production to its present level of fineness and sophistication, both in quality and design. The growing local and US clientele prompted the opening of its branches, Vie Nouvelle Jewelry in 2002, and international arm, Lloyd and Co in 2003 and most recently, unveiled a new branch in Greenhills in 2011. New Life Jewelry is known for high quality, custom made, handcrafted jewelry in 14K and 18K gold settings usually ornamented with diamonds, rubies, sapphires, emeralds, pearls and other semi-precious stones.
